13 Habits I Really WANT To Make

Last week I made a list of 13 bad habits I have, and it got me to thinking about some GOOD habits I’d LIKE to form:

  1. Write even when I’m sick, tired, angry, unimaginative or surrounded by domestic chaos
  2. Meditate every day
  3. Save as much money each year as I pay in all taxes
  4. Prefer baked, broiled, steamed or grilled foods over fried
  5. Learn a new word every day
  6. Deliver more of the compliments that I tend to keep to myself
  7. Worry less
  8. Call all of my friends and family on their birthdays (I so suck at that kind of stuff)
  9. Make time for myself every day, even if it is only for 20 minutes
  10. Consistently exercise 5 days a week for 50+ minutes (i’m almost there, though!)
  11. Let bad news roll off my back and never get me down
  12. Blog something brilliant every day
  13. Play as hard (and as often) as I work
