
Last week I made a list of 13 bad habits I have, and it got me to thinking about some GOOD habits I’d LIKE to form:
- Write even when I’m sick, tired, angry, unimaginative or surrounded by domestic chaos
- Meditate every day
- Save as much money each year as I pay in all taxes
- Prefer baked, broiled, steamed or grilled foods over fried
- Learn a new word every day
- Deliver more of the compliments that I tend to keep to myself
- Worry less
- Call all of my friends and family on their birthdays (I so suck at that kind of stuff)
- Make time for myself every day, even if it is only for 20 minutes
- Consistently exercise 5 days a week for 50+ minutes (i’m almost there, though!)
- Let bad news roll off my back and never get me down
- Blog something brilliant every day
- Play as hard (and as often) as I work
